Single Panel Re-Screen From $45
One torn or sagging panel, fixed fast. We pull the old mesh, lay in fresh screen matched to the rest of your cage, and re-seat the spline so it sits tight and disappears against the neighboring panels. Most single-panel jobs are done in one quick visit.

Screen Door Repair From $75
A door that drags, won't latch, or won't stay shut usually doesn't need replacing - it needs the right part. We fix sagging and sticking by replacing rollers, hinges, latches, and closers, then re-square the door so it swings clean and seals against the bugs.

Spline Replacement & Re-Tensioning From $90
When the screen ripples in the wind or keeps popping out of the frame, the spline - the rubber cord that locks the mesh into the channel - has dried out or shrunk. We replace it and re-tension the affected panels so the screen sits drum-tight and stops working its way loose.

Salt air rusts screws and brackets from the inside out, and a loose, corroded fastener quietly works the whole frame loose. We pull the rusted hardware and swap in corrosion-resistant screws and brackets so your enclosure stays solid through the next few seasons instead of wobbling.

If a cat or dog has shredded your lower panels more than once, standard mesh is a losing battle. Pet-resistant screen is a heavier, tear-tough weave that stands up to claws and leaning, so the panels your pet actually reaches stop becoming a yearly repair.

Florida Glass / Privacy Panels $600 - $2,400
Florida Glass (a screen laminated with a clear vinyl layer) blocks wind, rain splash, and prying eyes on the lower panels of a lanai while keeping the screened look up top. We fit privacy or Florida Glass panels to your existing frame so your porch stays usable in a blow and feels a little more private.

Why screens fail here
What a Gulf-coast enclosure goes through
A screen enclosure on the Suncoast lives a hard life. Knowing exactly how they wear out is how we repair them so the fix actually lasts.
Salt & humidity. Air this close to the Gulf is corrosive. It rusts screws and door hardware long before the screen itself gives out - which is why a "screen" problem is so often really a hardware problem.
UV & heat. Florida sun bakes screen mesh until it turns brittle and grey. Old screen tears at a touch, so we replace it rather than patch a panel that's about to fail somewhere else.
Storm season. June through November, wind and flying debris punch out panels. We keep storm slots open and turn these around fast.
No-see-ums. The standard mesh on most cages is too open to stop the Suncoast's tiniest biters. If they're getting in, the screen upgrade is the real fix - not more bug spray.
Repair or replace? We'll tell you straight
Not every tear means a whole new screen, and not every sagging cage is worth patching one more time. Because we only do repairs, we have no reason to push you toward the bigger job - so you get an honest read. As a rule of thumb, if the screen is still flexible and only a panel or two have failed, a targeted re-screen is the smart, affordable fix. When the mesh has gone grey and brittle across the whole enclosure - so a new panel would just sit next to five more about to tear - a full re-screen costs less in the long run than chasing it one panel at a time.
Hardware is its own call. A door that drags usually needs a roller, hinge or closer, not a new door; a frame that's working loose usually needs its corroded fasteners swapped for stainless, not replacing. We carry the common screen, spline, rollers and corrosion-resistant hardware on the truck, so most of these decisions get made - and fixed - in the same visit. Whatever we recommend, you'll see it written down with a flat price before any work starts.

Do you re-screen one panel or the whole enclosure?
Both. We replace a single torn panel and match it to your existing mesh, or re-screen the entire pool cage or lanai when the screen has aged out everywhere. We'll tell you honestly which makes sense for yours.
What screen do you use - and can you keep no-see-ums out?
Standard 18×14 for most cages, tighter 20×20 no-see-um mesh where the tiny biters get through, and pet-resistant screen for dog and cat traffic areas. We match the mesh and color to the rest of your enclosure so a repair blends in.
Can you fix a sagging or stuck screen door?
Yes - screen doors are one of our most common jobs. We re-screen them, replace worn rollers, hinges, latches and closers, and re-square a door that's dropped so it swings and latches right again.
Do you replace rusted or corroded hardware?
We do. Gulf-coast salt air eats fasteners and brackets; we swap corroded hardware for screws and hardware that hold up here, so the repair lasts instead of failing again next season.
